Calyx Point Interface Setup

Before you begin, confirm your computer has at least version 2.0 of Microsoft .NET Framework. This version is available online at: MS .NET Framework v2.0

Once .NET Framework is successfully installed, open any existing client file in Point.

Drop down the “Interfaces” menu, (located at the top; center of your Point window).

Select “Title/Escrow”, then Select "Closing Market by RamQuest" and Click "OK".
In the Setup section, you should see the following blue text: Interface Status: Not Installed - click “Install”

A new window will open; follow the instructions by clicking on the link labeled: “HERE

Follow the prompts by clicking “Run” each time it pops-up.

Please note: Setup will not continue from this point if you do not have .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your PC.

Once setup completes, you will be returned to the Calyx Point window where you previously clicked Install. The blue text should now state the following: Interface Status: Installed

You are now ready to use the Calyx Point / Trademark Title interface.

Begin by clicking “Send Data”. A Closing Market Login window will appear. Enter the login information provided to you by your Trademark Title account representative, (For convenience, be sure to check off the “Remember Me” box so that you will not need to remember your login information the next time your logon), Click “OK”.

A new window will pop-up, from here you will be able to Submit a new order for the Point client file you are working in or check the status of any of your Point Client files in our pipeline.
