Encompass Integration Setup

Trademark Title is is an Integrated Partner with Encompass®—the mortgage management solution deployed by over half of the nation’s top 250 brokerages—and that as a result of this partnership, placing title and closing orders will be faster, easier and more secure than ever before.

By using Encompass®, ordering Title is just a couple of clicks and it won’t cost you any additional fees. The order data will come directly from your loan file so you’ll save the hassle of re-typing and faxing. With 24 to 48 hours after you submit your order, Trademark makes all information and documentation available right in your Encompass loan file. You can even attach documents with your order. Here’s how it works:

• When you are ready to order title or closing, click Order Title & Closing in the Services tab of your Borrower Summary.

• You’ll be taken to the Encompass Title Directory. You’ll find TRADEMARK TITLE by clicking on the Find Providers tab. You can easily add Trademark Title to your personal list of contacts by selecting TRADEMARK TITLE and clicking Add to My List.

• Once you have chosen TRADEMARK TITLE in the list, click Order.

• You’ll be taken to the Order Title & Closing screen, which will be pre-populated with details from your loan file—no need to re-type! Add any additional details you wish and click Send Order.

• Within seconds, Trademark Title can view your order. Once your order is accepted you will receive notification via email.

Once the order is complete, Trademark Title will send the report directly to your loan file. We make all related documentation available at this time; including the CPL. Preliminary HUD-1, Payoffs, Commitment, Chain of Title, Wire Instructions, etc.
