Question: My office is located in Orlando, Florida but most of my closings take place all over Florida. Do you charge extra to close loans outside of my area? Answer: Trademark Title utilizes closing centers located in most major cities. For those clients located in rural areas, we will send one of our employed, skilled closers to the client's home or office for a small additional fee. Please call your representative for more information. Question: What is not included in the Flat Fee? Answer: The title policy premium and any associated endorsements to that policy, that's about it.
