Most related documents can be viewed and printed to your printer throughout the process and even years later, including Title Commitments and HUD-1 Settlement statements which are made available online for viewing and updating in real time, long before the closing! You can even upload necessary documents, like purchase agreements, surveys, etc. right from your computer to your client's file on our server, all while online. Our system will automatically send an e-mail to you anytime a change is made to a client file, if you like. Furthermore, we have a network of closing agents standing by throughout the state. Therefore we are ready to close anywhere, anytime, even at your client's home or office or in your office if preferred.
